The 2008 Fall Colour Report
Oct 1st, 2008 | By Irie Diva | Category: Trend Watch

Of course in Jamaica we dont have these dramatic change of seasons, we’ve said this many times on here. So it’s still fine to wear your bright colour jeans and be fashionable. However, if you want to always be on point you’re wondering what’s next. Last year this time around I reported that jewel tones were in , this time around its more "fall" colours. Fall/autumn colours reflect those vibrant colours we see (or rather they see) when the leaves on the trees change from lush summer greens to reds and browns in preparation to "fall" off for winter.

This means that mustard, burnt oranges, earthy browns and wine reds are all the rage. In Style Magazine love this trend:
Why We Love It
Designers have delivered fall wardrobes in the universally flattering tones that surround us at this time of year. Why should Mother Nature have all the fun?The colors project a sensual season in silk charmeuse and soft merino wool. (It works. You’ll see.) Suede and patent leather look rich as well.
How to Wear It
Though nature lays one color atop another, these clothes have maximum impact when worn monochromatically. No need to pile on the accessories with these quietly luxe pieces. Need convincing? Look closely at the impeccable details.
