Earl ‘Biggy’ Turner turns the place out!
May 7th, 2009 | By Irie Diva | Category: Jamaican DesignersSo Island Couture had a huge turn out last month and I’m quite sure that the Biggy showing had alot to do with it. Biggy is known for his dancehall pieces and even if you wouldn’t wear it, you just want to see what he’s come up with next.
If you’re not familiar with his work any at all, you can see his line at the last Caribbean Fashion Week here .I see a few pieces and fabrics from that last showing…hoping that if Biggy’s showing at this year’s CFW then it will be all new!
But here’s a few from the Island Couture showing that were new to me…
Really loving this piece…the earthy tones and the flow speak to me and lets talk about the mosaic type pattern on the bodice…yeah I’m feeling it…
You know I’m loving the black skirt right? Yeah I’m still on my poufy skirt vibe…
