Former Miss World now Minister of Youth and Culture Lisa Hanna, posted this picture on instagram showing us she’s still got it as she struts her stuff outside the UN offices in New York City. The beautifully tailored dress is appropriate for discussing child policies and reporting to world leaders on Jamaica’s progress, yet feminine and soft enough to remind us that Minister Hanna is gorgeous!

Here’s a similar dress with short sleeves. Add a leather belt and a well-structured bag and you’re good to go! Get the dress here.

This cowl-neck number from Chaus does not have the high slit or the low neckline and works well for those of us who very modest or in very strict corporate environments.

printed wrap dress

This wrap dress from Jones New York is printed which breaks up the all black in a work-appropriate manner, giving texture and interest to the look.

Of course I had to veer from the all black and throw in some colour. Here’s one  option from Anne Klein, adorably styled with nude pumps and I would recommend keeping the nude theme with your purse and accessories. With such a statement dress, you’ll want to keep it the star and keep your accessories muted.

Another printed option that I love, this one from French Connection same would apply for the accessories, keep them black or nude.

I think this one is my favourite. It also comes in black and cobalt blue but why not in red! Yes please! Midi length is very hot right now so you’ll be trendy, sexy yet all covered up. Just like Lisa. Snatch this one up here.

How gorgeous is Lisa Hanna, 20+ years after winning Miss World? And which one of these dresses will you be getting to emulate Lisa’s fine style?
