Leather on the beach, who rocked it best?

Leather is very trendy right now, popping up everywhere from red carpets to… jogging? Yes, celebrities have been showing love for the look by rocking leather joggers and we’ve seen them paired in a number of different ways for an updated sporty look. It’s no surprise that the trend has made its way here to Jamaican shores, literally! How do you take leather to the beach? I spotted a couple of looks at the recent Ultra Beach Party, you decide who rocked it best.

The mesh and leather body-suit paired here with leather sandals, is one take on the trend. Chunky gold accessories and big braids complete the funky look.

A leather bustier coupled with printed Bermuda pants was the twist on the trend in the above photo. Also paired with black sandals and chunky gold jewelry.

Another full leather look, this time a bow bandeau with boy shorts under a leather-fringed skirt. More trendy braids and chunky gold jewelry complete this leather beach look.

The final leather look, this one some commenters believe was a little too much for the beach. It is however a beautiful take on the mixed-media trend, mixing leather into a lighter material via the shoulder and pockets. The chains added to the iPhone turning it into a little shoulder accessory is also very cute and a welcomed pop of colour.
