Today was much better, wasn’t as hungry!

Today’s motivation: Its gonna be great to throw on a simple tank and not layer it with a cardigan

I ate 970 calories today so I’m sure that helped. This was my dinner had at around 5pm.You can see what I was saying about my need to cook other things, while I love me some broccoli I don’t wanna get tired of it too soon. I was actually supposed to do cabbage today but totally forgot and habitually reached for the stalks.

Today’s cheats? One boiled banana and two very small pieces of sweet potato with lunch. Less than half of a medium potato. There was also parm cheese on this fish that you see here because I’m really not a fan of baked fish so I had to spice it up. Was great! I need to get me a George Foreman though so I can grill up some stuff.

Sign up here to track your foods and other goals as well. I did 15 minutes of walking today and burned 62 calories. According to spark if I eat like this then I need to burn 272 calories per day so I have now decided that I will power walk for 15 minutes per day, 4 times per day. I think this is a great compromise for me who hates exercising as I won’t have to be at it for a whole hour each day. I did read that if I break up my exercise bursts it won’t affect me adversely, hopefully a fitness pro can chime in here.

Do you see how I only had half an orange? Let me tell you how I peeled my orange for my munchkin to roll upon me and demand a piece. It was such a sweet orange too! Now I don’t feel like peeling another. I’ll just leave it as is lol. I’ve already had my 8 glasses of water today and I’m quite thirsty right now thanks to this heat so I’m about to have another. Plus I’m excited to be going clubbing tonight and since I’m off alcohol and juices I’m sure I’ll have another couple there plus burn some calories!!! Woohooo! Hoping to see some movement on the scale tomorrow!
