Morning Routine Checklist: A Spiritual Morning Routine for Manifestation
Morning rituals are a great way to set the tone for your day.
If you’re guilty of checking your social media first thing in the morning, then you’re in need of this morning routine checklist.
This spiritual morning routine will help you start each day in a mindful and spiritual manner, supporting your journey of manifesting what you want in life.
I’m not a morning person, nor do I go through this routine every single morning. But I do make time to do at least one or two things from my list each day. When I don’t I can feel it as I go about my business. I just feel off.
So whether you have 5 minutes to give thanks in prayer or two hours to meditate, journal, workout, and do the whole shebang, I believe we all can benefit from taking a moment for ourselves each morning before sinking our teeth into the busyness of our days.
A morning routine is important as it helps set the tone for your day. Adding a bit of spirituality into your morning routine helps you to connect to your higher source, stay grounded, and manifest the type of day you envision.
Instead of just jumping out of bed and hitting the ground running, spend some time each morning connecting to your spiritual side. This will help you stay mindful and present throughout the day, while also helping you manifest what you want in life.

Morning Routine Checklist: How to Start the Day Off Right
Here’s a suggested spiritual morning routine that you can use as a guide:
-Start by waking up early enough to have some quiet time before the day starts. This is a great time to practice meditation or prayer. Beginning your morning routine with meditation or prayer will help you start your day focused on the bigger picture.
-Set an intention for what you would like to manifest that day. This can be anything from practicing patience, being kinder towards yourself and others, or pushing yourself out of your comfort zone! Whatever it is, have this clearly in mind as a focus throughout the rest of your morning routine.
-Begin with gentle yoga stretches to get the blood flowing through the body so you feel more awake and energized during your busy day ahead. It’s a good idea to stretch after sleeping all night. Gently move each limb around one at a time until they are loose enough for deeper stretching if desired.
-Spend a few minutes writing in your journal. This is a great time to reflect on the previous day and note any progress you’ve made in manifesting your intentions. It’s also a good opportunity to release any negative thoughts or emotions you may be holding onto from the past.
-Drink plenty of water or unsweetened tea after waking up as this will help flush out toxins and refresh your body for the day ahead. Lemon water with a spoonful of apple cider vinegar is also a good idea. Keep this by your bedside and have it first thing in the morning at room temperature to begin your magical morning.
-Get dressed in clothes that make you feel good about yourself. Wear something that makes you feel powerful and confident!
-Spend some time outside enjoying nature. Connect with the Earth and allow her energy to fill you up for the day ahead.
-End your routine in gratitude. Give thanks for the gifts that you have been given, both big and small. Be grateful for your health, your loved ones, your home, and everything else that makes up your life.
When you follow this spiritual morning routine, you’re setting yourself up for a day of success! The more often you practice it, the easier it will become to stay mindful and focused throughout the day. And before you know it, manifestation will be a natural part of your life.

Suggestions for Spiritual Morning Routines:
-Light an intention candle and do some breathing exercises to get in tune with your body.
-Write in your journal for five minutes, focusing on the positive things you are grateful for. Be sure to write down any intentions or goals that might be floating around in your head too!
-Take a shower using all-natural products that make you feel good about yourself such as organic soap bars without harsh chemicals or sulfates which strip away essential oils from skin, leaving behind dryness and irritation. Be sure not to use body washes containing parabens, phthalates, and sulfates either. These chemicals are known endocrine disruptors and have been linked to cancer and other health complications.
-Say your mantras and affirmations for the day in the mirror. This will help program your subconscious mind for success and keep you focused on what’s important.
-Play some upbeat music that gets you pumped up and motivated for the day ahead! Dancing is optional but highly encouraged.
-Listen to a podcast, audiobook, or lesson from a course you might be taking for personal or professional development.
-Sage your bedroom to clear any negative energy from the night before.
-Look back on your goals and dreams for the year. Are you taking actionable steps towards achieving them? Put a plan in place to complete one task that moves you further along towards your goal.
-Set an intention at the beginning of each day because we attract what we radiate. As Gabby Bernstein says “What we put our attention on expands.” This is why it’s so important to set intentions that are aligned with who you want yourself to be rather than focusing on things outside of yourself. For example, instead of saying “I don’t want stress anymore”, try stating something along the lines of “I am calm and in control under any circumstance.”
The options are endless when it comes to creating a morning routine that works for you, but the most important thing is to be consistent with it. If you can’t do everything on this list every day, start with one or two things and add more as you get comfortable. The key is to find what makes you feel good and stick with it! What will your morning routine look like?
