The Universe wants to bring you what you want in life, but the tricky part is centering your goal deep within your mind and focusing on having it in your life, not the lack of it. It’s a small nuance that can be the difference between manifesting your goals or not.
There are many ways to raise your vibration and envision what you would feel like if you achieved what you want, but a good method for beginners in manifesting is the 55×5 Method.

What is the 55×5 Manifestation Method?
The 55×5 manifestation method is a popular technique used to manifest desires and goals through focused intention and repetitive writing. It involves writing a specific affirmation or statement 55 times for five consecutive days. This method is based on the principles of the Law of Attraction, which suggests that your thoughts and intentions can influence your reality.
The 55×5 manifesting method is similar to a gratitude journal, where you list 5 things you are grateful for every day. This simple journaling exercise is very powerful because it helps to move the energy of your thoughts from your head and into a tangible form that can speak to you on a higher, subliminal level.
The technique allows you to really focus on your intention or affirmation, and truly feel it as you write. You want to choose an affirmation that is short and written in the “I am” format, where you are writing in the present tense, similar to scripting manifestation. When you write it this many times over a short period of time, you really start concentrating more on it, and can start to manifest more quickly.
For me, this technique is a sort of meditation. My mind is focused on writing my affirmation and therefore not monkeying around all over the place. This allows me to enter the receiving mode where Source has a wide-open portal to speak to me.

How Does the 555 Manifestation Method Work?
The reason you are writing down one affirmation so many times is that you want to tap into your subconscious and the way you pattern your thoughts. If you think about or say an affirmation just once, it arrives and leaves your conscious extremely quickly. But when you write the same thing down 55 times a day for 5 days in a row, this pattern takes root in your subconscious.
You will notice that throughout the day, this phrase enters your mind more often, and you might even catch yourself saying it out loud. It is also a great way to raise your vibration and get into a positive energy state which is necessary to bring forth your manifestations.
Once you are in this higher vibrational state, the Universe will start sending you signs and symbols that lead you to your goal. It is very common to see angel numbers or see your manifestation happening for others close to you. You may see the thing you’re trying to manifest more often in your day-to-day life, such as in magazines in the store, aimlessly surfing the Internet, or just randomly opening up a book and reading something very similar to what you’re trying to manifest. Know that these are all signs from your intuition guiding you toward your goal!
Steps for the 555 manifestation technique
Here’s how the 55×5 manifestation method typically works:
Choose Your Affirmation: Start by selecting a positive and specific affirmation that represents your goal or desire. It should be written in the present tense as if it has already happened. For example, if you want to manifest financial abundance, your affirmation could be: “I am financially prosperous and abundant.”
Set the Intention: Before you begin writing, take a moment to clear your mind and set a clear intention for what you want to manifest. Visualize your desire as if it’s already a reality.
Write 55 Times for 5 Days: Write your chosen affirmation 55 times in a notebook or on a piece of paper. It’s important to do this for five consecutive days without skipping a day. This repetition reinforces your intention and helps to align your thoughts with your desired outcome.
Focus and Believe: While writing, focus on the words and truly believe that your desire is coming to fruition. Feel the emotions associated with having achieved your goal.
Stay Positive: Throughout the five days, maintain a positive mindset. Avoid doubt or negativity, as this can counteract the manifestation process.
Let Go: After completing the five days of writing, release your attachment to the outcome. Trust that the universe is working to bring your desire into reality.
The 55×5 method is a form of affirmation and visualization that aims to reprogram your subconscious mind to attract what you desire. It helps you shift your focus from a state of lack to a state of abundance and belief in your goals. Keep in mind that the effectiveness of this method may vary from person to person, and patience and consistency are key factors in manifesting your desires.
How Do I Use This Manifesting Technique?
You can use this manifesting technique any time of day. Personally, I like using it first thing in the morning. I find that before the day gets started, my mind is at its clearest and I have a lot more energy to deeply focus on what I’m manifesting.
Remember to choose an affirmation that is short and specific. You don’t want something too long that will make your arm sore too quickly. I craft my affirmations to fit on one line. It may look like “I am grateful to welcome 100 new clients in my membership this month” or “I am grateful to now weigh 140lbs and be fit and healthy” or “I am thankful for the brand new car that I own free and clear and for the highest good of all involved”.
Even that last one is a little long and could use a little reworking, but you get the idea. Ensure you are writing your affirmation in the present tense or as if it has already happened. Do not write about something you want, as that reinforces the lack of the thing. Instead, write how grateful you are for having.

How Often Should You Use this Manifestation Technique?
This is completely up to you, but you don’t want it to feel like a chore, so don’t try to force yourself to do this every 5 days throughout the year. Instead, save it for special occasions or when you are trying to manifest something new.
As soon as you feel like it’s homework that you are forced to do, it no longer raises your vibration, and can actually hurt your manifestations. It is best to use this method when you are trying to manifest something new, that you have not scripted before. Or when you want to manifest something rather quickly.
What to Do After You’ve Finished Your Ritual?
Let it go! When you’re finished writing for the day, go about your day in gratitude that what you’re manifesting is on its way to you. Don’t try to think about it too much, don’t try to figure out ways you can make it happen. that’s up to the Universe to bring it to you. Just go about your day as normal and listen for any cues from your intuition on actions to take. Then, make sure to follow through and take those actions!
What if the 555 method doesn’t work in 5 days?
Trust in divine timing. If it hasn’t manifested yet, there’s probably something in your subconscious blocking it from realizing. Go back and reread the second paragraph in this article and then think about what limiting beliefs could be preventing your desires from coming true.
But at the end of the day, the how and when are up to Source. Keep your vibration high and have faith that your manifestation is yours.
