How to use Citrine Crystals to Manifest Abundance

Have you ever wondered how to use citrine crystals? I’m going in-depth about using citrine and why it’s one of my favorite crystals!

I love this crystal due to its beautiful orange color and positive energy. It reminds me of amber which is my birthstone. Citrine is the purest form of quartz or silicon dioxide on earth. It comes in many different forms including tumbled stones, clusters, raw crystals and even polished citrine gemstones. I can’t count the number of citrine jewelry pieces that I own.

Citrine can promote creative thinking and inspired ideas as well as help to discern reality from illusion.

In addition, citrine has the ability to increase wealth consciousness when used with other prosperity-enhancing stones such as chrysoprase jade, green tourmaline or shungite. I like using it in combination with these stones for those who are newly interested in the Law of Attraction and the abundance of life.

How to Choose Citrine Crystals

Citrine crystals are available in many shapes and sizes. The most popular ones include tumbled stones, clusters, raw crystals and gemstones. I’ve found the majority of my citrine crystals at local metaphysical shops as well as a few online stores. Citrine crystals can be expensive, but the good news is that you’ll definitely get your money’s worth from them. They’re extremely powerful!

I like using raw stones because they can have a stronger energy than one that has been cut or polished. I find that raw stones retain more of their metaphysical properties when they are uncut and unchanged from their natural form, although both work equally well for manifesting abundant wealth.

What is the Meaning of Citrine?

Citrine is a protective stone that can dissolve negative energy and blockage. It absorbs, transforms, releases and redistributes any negativity or blocked energies back to the Universe for transmutation.

It’s also considered an earthy stone so it anchors our roots into the spiritual world of manifestation.

Citrine stimulates creativity as well as enthusiasm while assisting with organization and planning. This healing crystal can bring abundance through creative projects such as starting a business, creating artwork or writing books.

What are the properties of citrine?

Citrine is a variety of quartz that contains hints of yellow. It is the most common mineral on earth. The color in citrine comes from iron or aluminum and it can be heated to enhance its color. Citrine has been used for thousands of years for protection, healing, prosperity and creativity.

It is a manifestation crystal and an abundance stone, also known as the “merchant’s stone.” It promotes prosperity through various forms of wealth. This healing crystal helps to attract opportunities for growth, success, fame, fortune and good luck. Citrine has been used for centuries by traders who believe this crystal allows them to sell their goods at higher prices.

According to colorology legend (a study that associates colors with different meanings), citrine is the color of royalty or abundance. The energy of orange-yellow crystals is said to stimulate creativity, prosperity and success.

This color is also thought to have magical powers that are associated with the sun, magic and the element of fire!

How to Cleanse Your Citrine Crystals

When you first receive a new citrine crystal make sure to cleanse it before use. This will remove the “new stone smell” and any other negative or stagnant energies that might be lingering on it.

Fold a white, purple or black cloth into fourths and place your citrine stones in the center of the cloth. You can also fold up an aluminum foil ball if you don’t have any fabric handy. Alternatively, you could wrap them up in saran wrap or put them in a plastic baggie; just remember to remove all air bubbles first.

Take a moment now to state your intention for cleansing your crystal: I cleanse this citrine with divine white light/prayer/energy so that only Divine Love may flow through this crystal from now until infinity.” Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

Now, with the intention of inserting only love and light into your crystal, imagine a bright white or violet flame appearing in front of you. Bring the flame closer to your citrine crystals until you can feel their energies mixing together. Watch as the flame grows larger then surround your crystals completely with it.

Hold them there for 1-2 minutes to allow all of the negative energy within them to be burned away. You may notice that some stones will glow red or yellow after they’ve been cleansed; this is because they are absorbing positive energy! You’ll also notice that most citrines have tiny cracks on their surface which act like mini vortexes when you hold them up to a light.

When you cleanse and charge your citrine crystals, make sure to meditate on how this crystal can help you to attract all that you desire into your life. You might want to carry some citrine quartz with you as a pocket stone or wrap your stone as a necklace. This will keep their energies near you at all times. It’s also great for placing around your home.

How to Use Citrine Crystals for Abundance

If you’re interested in using this crystal for manifest abundance, here’s a simple step-by-step guide to follow:

1. Decide on the type of abundance you want and then write it down in your ideal form; if you’re not sure, start by stating what you don’t want instead. For instance, I will not be afraid to speak my truth because I am worthy of receiving everything my heart desires.”

2. Take time every day to meditate with your crystal and state how it can help you accomplish your goal (e.g., “This citrine crystal is helping me to manifest money quickly so that I can pay off all of my bills.”)

3. Read books or listen to audio about manifestation and how the law of attraction works. The key here is to believe that whatever you desire is already coming to you.

4. Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for at least fifteen minutes. Lie down and take a few deep breaths so you can clear your mind of any other thoughts or distractions then state aloud what it is that you’re trying to create. Imagine how this will feel once it’s been manifested into reality: rehearse the scene in your head over and over again until it feels real!

5. Visualize your desired outcome clearly as if it had already happened (e.g., I’m standing in line at Starbucks with $2,500 waiting on my bank card.) Feel the joy, excitement, relaxation or contentment that accompanies this image even if it doesn’t feel real just yet.

6. Now that you have a clear idea about what it is that you really want, start thinking of three reasons why this outcome will happen for you (e.g., 1) I believe it will manifest because . . . 2) The universe wants me to be happy because . . . 3) My happiness matters.” Write down these statements on a piece of paper and keep them in your wallet as reminders so you can pull them out whenever doubt seeps in. This will help reinforce the fact that your goal has already been achieved.

Be patient! It might take some time to see results but don’t give up if it doesn’t come right away; the more consistent you are with your practice, the sooner it will happen.

Stay focused on what you want rather than what you don’t want; remember: your thoughts and emotions create your reality!

Citrine Affirmations

We’ve established that citrine is a beautiful yellow crystal that is known for its ability to enhance manifestation and bring abundance and success. But when combined with affirmations, it can amplify the manifestation process and help you manifest your desires more easily.

Affirmations are positive statements that you repeat to yourself to create a belief in your subconscious mind. By using affirmations, you can change your thoughts and beliefs, which in turn changes your actions and outcomes. When you use affirmations with citrine crystals, it creates a powerful combination that can help you manifest your desires faster.

To use affirmations with citrine crystals, follow these steps:

Choose your affirmation: Choose an affirmation that resonates with your desires. Make sure your affirmation is in the present tense, positive, and specific. For example, “I am abundant and successful in all areas of my life.”

Hold your citrine crystal: Hold your citrine crystal in your dominant hand and close your eyes. Take a few deep breaths to relax and center yourself.

Repeat your affirmation: Repeat your affirmation out loud or in your mind several times. Visualize yourself already having what you desire and feel the emotions associated with it.

Meditate with your crystal: After repeating your affirmation, meditate with your citrine crystal for at least 10 minutes. Focus on your breath and the energy of the crystal. Allow the crystal’s energy to flow through you, amplifying your manifestation process.

Take inspired action: Once you’re done meditating, take inspired action towards your goals. Use the energy and confidence you gained during the meditation to take action that aligns with your desires.
